Here you can download the following files:

• Comstat2 manual (included in the above packages)
• Comstat2 Readme file (included in the above packages)

ZIP files: download and unzip the contents in a location of your choice (e.g. the desktop). DMG file: download and double click. Pull the Comstat2 folder to a location of your choice.

In the Comstat2 folder you just installed - find ImageJ and run it. Within ImageJ go to the plugins and select Comstat2

As of Jan 1 2024 we do not support the software any longer. Most questions are answered in the manual. If you get inconsistant results with native files (lif or lsm), try to convert to OME-TIFF as described in the manual. No updates are planned.
